Products & descriptions
- We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours, textures, and exact dimensions may vary slightly from the images shown, due to screen display differences, lighting, or normal manufacturing batch variation.
- Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a wait, or a full refund for that item.
Pricing
- All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs. / PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; delivery fees are shown separately at checkout.
- We may change prices, run promotions, or end promotions at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.
- In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel that order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed.
Orders & payment
- Accepted payment methods are Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment by card, RAAST, or bank wallet through our payment gateway (PayFast). Available methods are shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or request additional verification for any order — for example where we suspect fraud, repeated failed COD deliveries, or a pricing/inventory error.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed once we accept it (typically by sending a confirmation message).
Coupons & promotions
- Discount codes and promotional offers (including day-specific codes shown on our Deals page) are valid only during the period stated, apply to the items and conditions stated, and cannot be combined with another coupon unless we say otherwise.
- We may change, end, or withdraw a promotion or coupon at any time without notice, including before it is used.
Shipping, returns & refunds
These are covered in full in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, which apply to every order.
Website use & intellectual property
- All content on timeshare.pk — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.
- You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse it.
Your account
If you create an account with us, you’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time Share is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products, or from delivery delays caused by our courier partners or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Multan.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page; the “Last updated” date above always shows the current version. Continuing to use our website or placing an order after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
